My notice is about the situation economic of Bulgarian. This country is situated between Romanian and Greece. Thousands of British property investors spend their money into Bulgarian holiday flats, in ski resorts and on the coast. For example, one apartment in Sofia which is the Bulgarian’s capital cost 40.000 €. The cause that many countries from European east are big investors because in the last 10 years they have developed a lot to cause her adhesion in Europe Union.
